We begin with a quiet moment to ground and set an intention. You’ll then settle into a comfortable position, either seated or lying down, as you are guided into relaxation. Crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other gentle sounds are shared to support deep rest and inner calm. Reiki energy is woven throughout the experience, creating a nurturing space for release, balance, and renewal. We close with grounding to help you return gently and integrate the experience.
