Experience a gentle, meditative sound bath designed to help you relax, reset, and reconnect. Using crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other soothing instruments, I create a calming soundscape that invites deep rest, reflection, and ease. No effort—just a peaceful space to simply be.

The vibrations naturally support nervous system balance, emotional release, and a quiet return to yourself.

What to Expect
We begin with a brief guided meditation as you settle into a comfortable position—sitting or lying down. As the session unfolds, layers of sound gently guide you into stillness. I may offer occasional prompts to deepen your experience. The vibrations work intuitively, helping you release stress, rebalance, and reconnect.

We begin with a quiet moment to ground and set an intention. You’ll then settle into a comfortable position—either seated or lying down—as Reiki energy is gently shared, either through light touch or distance connection. You may feel warmth, tingling, calm, or emotional release. We close with grounding to help integrate the experience.
